Set up in person, in your own clinic
Every other city gets onboarding over WhatsApp and a screen share, which works well. Lahore gets someone in the room. We come to the practice, connect the thermal printer that is already on your counter, create the staff logins, load your medicine list and your prices, and stay while the first real patients go through.
We work across Model Town, Johar Town, DHA, Gulberg, Garden Town, Faisal Town, Cantt, Township, Iqbal Town and Wapda Town, and out towards Raiwind Road and Bedian.
A city with two kinds of veterinary practice
Lahore has the densest concentration of small animal clinics in Pakistan — a consequence of UVAS being here and of pet ownership growing fast in the newer housing societies. Those practices are busy, walk-in led, and almost entirely run on WhatsApp.
Move twenty minutes out, towards Kasur, Sheikhupura or Manga Mandi, and the same vet is doing dairy and poultry work. Both are ordinary here, and both use the same record. Species come from a maintained list rather than a two-item dropdown, and the consultation form is the clinic’s own, so a farm visit is not squeezed into a form written for dogs.
What changes in the first fortnight
Practices usually start with tokens and the patient register, because that is where the daily pain is: a queue in the waiting room and no honest answer to “how long?”. Prescriptions and billing follow in the second week, and vaccination reminders once there are enough records to remind anybody about.
Nobody imports a filing cabinet on day one. Active patients get entered as they walk in, which spreads the work across a few weeks instead of shutting the clinic for a weekend.

Will it work with the thermal printer already on our counter?
In almost every case, yes. 58 mm and 80 mm rolls are both supported for tokens and receipts, and A4 for prescriptions and corporate invoices. We configure whichever printer you have during setup.
Can it handle both pets and dairy or poultry work?
Yes. Many Lahore practices do both. Species come from a maintained list that includes cattle, buffalo, goats and poultry, and the clinic defines its own consultation form, so each kind of work asks for what it needs.
